If you travel to the location of your client's choice for appointments, you will need to ensure that your account is setup to offer Out-Call bookings. To allow clients to book Out-Call services on your website, you must first complete the following:
- Add Out-Call Services to your Service Menu.
- Setup Out-Call Availability.
- Configure your Out-Call Settings.
Note: If multiple providers are available for mobile appointments, each provider will need to configure their Out-Call Settings individually.
If your business offers only Out-Call appointments and does not have a physical location, it is suggested that you enable the "This is an Outcall-only business" setting under Setup > Business Details to hide the address entered into the Business Details section of your account. This will help ensure that website visitors are unable to view a physical address for your business.
