To activate appointment requests and set your preferences:
- Select your Business Profile.
- Select Settings.
- Select Online Booking Rules
- Enable the toggle beside "Only allow booking requests by email"
- Enter the email address you would like the email requests to be sent to.
- Select Save.
Clients will then be able to view your service menu and select a time and date based off the business's open availability, and this request will be delivered to the email address you have designated in the booking request setting.
If you choose to accept the request, you will need to add the appointment to the schedule manually:
If you do not accept the request, you will need to reach out to the client directly to discuss booking.
Notes:
- Clients will not be able to select from your Add-Ons when requesting an appointment.
- Clients cannot request an appointment with a specific provider.
