You can customize your cancellation policy to control how far in advance clients will be required to cancel/reschedule their appointment, or to prevent clients from cancelling/rescheduling themselves online. You can adjust settings by following these steps:
- Select Settings
- Select Online Booking Rules
- Select Cancellation Policy
- Choose whether you wish to allow clients to cancel/reschedule their appointments online by enabling/disabling the toggle for Allow clients to cancel or reschedule online.
- Customize how far in advance clients must cancel or reschedule their appointment.
- Customize the Client Facing Text.
- The first text box is the text your clients will see during online booking.
- The second text box is the text that will display if your client is unable to cancel or reschedule due to your settings.
- Select Save.
Note: To adjust your cancellation policy, you will need to be subscribed to the Amplify plan and be connected with MassageBook Pay.
