Enabling Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates can be sold in office via the Cash Register or purchased online via your website. To offer gift certificates to your clients, you will need to enable them within your account. Scheduled Promotions
When creating a Promotion, you are asked to select a Start Date and End Date that will determine when the deal is available to your clients. Creating Promotions in advance of upcoming holidays or events can help you offer timely promotions during peak buying periods, and free up time and mental energy so you can focus on delivering exceptional service to your clients.
Promotions can be created at any time, and will automatically begin at 12am on the selected Start Date. You can find more information about creating Promotions below:

Scheduling a Campaign Email
Email Campaigns allow you to easily create your own emails that can be sent to all clients or specific groups of clients. When creating a Campaign, you can select to send it immediately (which can be helpful to promote last minute openings), or schedule it to send at a future date and time.
This gives you the opportunity to plan your marketing campaigns in advance and ensure you do not miss out on opportunities to engage with your clients and boost your income. Scheduled Campaigns can also be used in tandem with your Promotions, allowing you to create a deal in advance and schedule an email to send on the Promotion's start date that will alert your clients of its availability.

Targeted Marketing
Tags and Filters can be applied to your client list that will allow you to target specific groups of clients with targeted marketing campaigns. You can use Tags to categorize clients into groups based on things they have in common (such as the service(s) they typically book, the frequency in which they book, or groups like first responders or veterans). Filters will allow you to target clients based on specific criteria like the last time the client visited or the number of appointments the client has booked with your business.

Private Promotions
While you typically want to promote any available deals to as many clients as possible, offering Private Promotions can create a sense of exclusivity that helps foster loyalty among those you include on the deal. These private promotions can be used to offer a friends and family discount to those closest to you, as well as reward loyal clients or specific groups of clients (i.e. first responders).

Autopilots are automated emails that help you stay in touch with your Clients to get them coming back and buying from you more often. That means less time stressing about remembering all the things you’re supposed to be doing and more time helping Clients with their health and wellness.
There are a few Autopilot emails that can be enhanced by creating private Promotions and linking to those Promotions in your Autopilot Emails. The Autopilots that can benefit the most from the addition of a Promotion are:
- Automated Birthday Greeting (offering a discount for the client's birthday)
- Bring 'em Back (offering a discount to encourage clients to book another appointment after a long absence)
- Referral Thank You (offering a discount to clients that have referred other clients to your business)
- New Client Thank You (offering a discount to new clients after their first visit)
