Autopilots gently, regularly, and politely stays in touch with your Clients to get them coming back and buying from you more often. That means less time stressing about remembering all the things you’re supposed to be doing and more time helping Clients with their health and wellness.
There are a few Autopilot emails that can be enhanced by creating private Promotions and linking to those Promotions in your Autopilot Emails. The Autopilots that can benefit the most from the addition of a Promotion are:
- Automated Birthday Greeting (offering a discount for the client's birthday)
- Bring 'em Back (offering a discount to encourage clients to book another appointment after a long absence)
- Referral Thank You (offering a discount to clients that have referred other clients to your business)
- New Client Thank You (offering a discount to new clients after their first visit)

To add a Promotion to an Autopilot email, you will first need to create a new Promotion:

When creating the Promotion, be sure to deselect the setting for "Display Promotion on my MassageBook Business Website". This will ensure that the promotional price can only be accessed by those that receive the Autopilot email.
Once the Promotion has been created, you will then need to copy the link to the Promotion and use that link for the button you will be adding to your Autopilot. After copying the link, you can then edit the desired Autopilot, and add a button in the Autopilot linking to your private Promotion.
The Promotion will then be available to any client that receives the specific Autopilot email from your business.
Note: The number of times a client can purchase a single Promotion cannot be limited. So, theoretically, a client could use the link in their autopilot to book multiple services at a discounted rate. But, the receipt for any Promotional booking will reflect the Promotion that was purchased, so you would easily be able to track any client booking the same Promotion multiple times.
