Autopilot gently, regularly, and politely stays in touch with your Clients to get them coming back and buying from you more often. You can find the sending criteria for each Autopilot email below:
Automated Birthday Greeting
The Automated Birthday Greeting delivers well wishes to a Client on the morning of their birthday. The Client must have a birthday on file in the Details section of their record to receive this email.
Note: This Autopilot sends every year that it's applicable.
Bring 'em Back
The Bring 'Em Back triggers a sequence of five messages to a Client who hasn't booked in awhile encouraging them to book another appointment.
The first email in the marketing drip sends if a Client hasn't booked a new appointment within 33 days of their most recent one. A second follow up is sent if a new appointment isn't booked within 21 days after the first email. This 21 day process continues over the course of three more emails.
The sequence stops as soon as a new appointment is booked or until it runs its course.
Note:
- This Autopilot sequence only sends once per Client. A new one does not continue to send after every 33 day period without an appointment.
- This Autopilot sends retroactively. Once it's enabled, the email drip will start for any Client that hasn't booked a new appointment within 33 days of their most recent one
Referral Thank You
The Referral Thank You sends a message to a Client within one day after you enter their name as the Referral Source of another Client.
Note:
- This Autopilot only sends once per Client. It doesn't send to the Client each time you enter them as a Referral Source.
- This Autopilot sends retroactively. Once it's running, a Client who has previously been entered as Referral Source will receive it.
Facebook Like
The Facebook Like sends a request to a Client three days after their most recent checked out appointment asking them to like your Facebook Business page.
Note: This Autopilot only sends once per Client.
Encourage Referrals
The Encourage Referrals sends a request to a Client nine days after their most recent checked out appointment asking them to share your MassageBook Business Website with others through email, Facebook, and Twitter.
Note: This Autopilot only sends once per Client.
New Client Thank You
The New Client Thank You sends a message to a new Client seven days after their first checked out appointment thanking them for booking and encouraging them to do so again.
