Weekly Availability Announcement
The Weekly Availability Announcement email will send each Sunday Morning to ANY client that meets the following criteria:
- Client did not have appointment within the past 14 days
- Client does not have appointment within the upcoming 14 days
The autopilot should only send if the business has availability within the next 14 days.
Note: The autopilot email is triggered in the UTC time zone, so it may be triggered on Saturday night in your business's time zone.
