Activating and Pausing an Autopilot

The Autopilot tool comes with seven different marketing automations, and you can start or stop each at any time. 

By default, they're all paused when the feature is first activated through your subscription. Each email can be edited, so be sure to customize the email content before activating: Editing an Autopilot.

To activate, navigate to your:

1. Business Profile
2. Select Marketing.
3. Select Autopilot.
4. Locate the Autopilot Name you want to activate.
5. Select the toggle to the left of the Autopilot to activate. 

The Autopilot toggle will turn green, and emails will begin sending when the predefined criteria is met. 

To deactivate the Autopilot, select the toggle again.
