Whether you are starting a new mobile-only massage business, or branching out from a physical location, MassageBook makes it easy to manage your mobile massage services. MassageBook allows you to customize your mobile massage services and configure your settings to allow clients within your Service Area to book with ease. To begin offering Out-Call appointments to your clients, you will need to complete the following setup items:
Add Out-Call Services
Out-Call Services will only be available to be booked during Out-Call Availability: Adding a Service.
Setup Out-Call Settings
Out-Call Settings allows you to configure your Travel From Address, Travel Radius, and Travel Time Buffers. These will need to be configured within the account of each staff member at the business: Out-Call Settings Overview.
Add Out-Call Availability
Out-Call Availability allows you to control when clients are able to book your mobile services. Out-Call availability will need to be added for each provider offering out-call services: Adding Recurring Availability.
After completing setup, you will be ready to offer Out-Call Appointments via your website, and will be able to schedule Out-Call Appointments directly on your schedule.
Clients booking an Out-Call appointment via your website will be required to enter a "Travel to" address, and will be permitted to book only if that address is located within the travel radius and selected cities configured in your Out-Call Settings.
If you offer both In Office and Out-Call services, when adding an out-call appointment to the schedule you will want be sure you adjust the "Appointment Type" by selecting the Office Appointment dropdown and updating it to Outcall Appointment:

Notes:
- Out-Call bookings use Google Maps to determine if the client's address is located within the travel radius and selected cities configured in your Out-Call Settings.
- Travel Time buffers can extend outside of your availability, ensuring an appointment's start time or end time matches the beginning or end of your set availability.
