To book an Out-Call appointment for a Client, navigate to your:
- Business Profile.
- Select Schedule.
- Locate the date and time you want to book.
- Select the calendar to create a new event.
- Select Book Appointment to begin filling in the appointment details.
- If you offer both In Office and Out-Call, select Office Appointment and choose Out-Call Appointment instead. If you offer just Out-Call, Out-Call Appointment will be selected by default.
- Type in Search existing clients to locate and select an existing Client. If the Client doesn't already have a record, choose +Add New instead, fill in their contact information, and select Add Client to create one.
- Adjust the Date & Time if needed.
- Check Repeat and fill in the specifications if booking a recurring appointment. To learn more about recurring appointments, go here.
- Fill in the Service Address details for where the appointment will take place. If the Client has an address on file in the Details section of their record, it will populate by default. Adjust if needed.
- Choose the Service Provider from the Select staff dropdown. If you're the only Service Provider, you will be selected by default.
- Choose the Service from the Select service dropdown.
- Choose the duration from the Duration dropdown. If only one duration is offered, it will be selected by default.
- If adding another Service, select + and repeat steps 12 - 13.
- Select More to modify Travel Time, add appointment notes, and/or change which notifications send to the Client. Select Apply to save the changes.
- Select Save to book the appointment and to return to the Schedule.
