For MassageBook Pay users, all users that meet the IRS's 1099-K criteria requirements will receive a physical copy of your 1099-K, mailed to the address on file in your MassageBook Pay account. 2026 forms will become available after 1/23/26.
MassageBook Pay generates a 1099 form for MassageBook Pay accounts that meet the following criteria:
- $20,000 total gross volume and 200 transactions for the year.
- MassageBook Pay account is 60+ days old
After 1/23/26, our Merchant Support Team can provide a digital copy as needed. Please reach out to support@massagebook.com to request a digital copy.
