Customizing the Intake Form Waiver

MassageBook's Intake Form Waiver includes default copy, but you have the ability to edit it if needed. 

To customize the Intake Form Waiver, navigate to your:

1. Business Profile.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select Forms & Documents.
4. Select Options beside the form you wish to edit.
5. Select Edit.
6. Select the Waiver page.
7. Hover over the waiver and select the Edit icon.
8. Select within Client Waiver Form to place your cursor in the text editor. 
9. Add and remove copy as needed. Note: Use the text editor toolbar to format and style the form. 
10. Select Save to save your progress.
