Once an In Office or Outcall appointment has been booked, you have the ability to edit any details such as the Service or Service Provider.
To make changes to an existing appointment, navigate to your:
- Business Profile.
- Select Schedule.
- Locate the appointment you need to edit.
- Select the appointment block to open the side menu.
- Select Edit to open the appointment details.
- Select Edit.
- Make changes as needed.
- Select Save to apply any changes and to return to the Schedule.
Note:
- To add additional Services/Add-ons to an Appointment, select the blue "+" symbol to the right of the Appointment's duration.
- You can click and drag an appointment block across the Schedule to change the date and time.
- You can click and drag an appointment block across the Staff and Multi Staff views to change the Service Provider.
- You cannot edit the Service an/or Duration of a pre-paid appointment that a client booked online.
