Travel Time is the amount of time you need blocked off on your Schedule before and after an Outcall appointment.
Default times are added in Outcall Settings.
The default times are added to all Outcall Services, but you can adjust them as needed.
To edit Travel Time on a per appointment basis, navigate to your:
- Business Profile
- Select Schedule.
- Locate the date and time you want to book.
- Select the calendar to create a new event.
- Select Book Appointment to begin filling in the appointment details.
- If you offer both In Office and Outcall, select Office Appointment and choose Outcall Appointment instead. If you offer just Outcall, Outcall Appointment will be selected by default.
- Once you've chosen a Service, select More to view the Service's default times.
- Adjust Before and After as needed.
- Select Apply to save the changes.
- Complete any remaining required appointment details.
- Select Save to book the appointment with the updated times and to return to the Schedule.
To adjust Travel Time after an appointment has been booked, navigate to your:
- Business Profile.
- Select Schedule.
- Locate the appointment.
- Select either the Travel Time before block or the Travel Time after block attached to the appointment block to open the edit window.
- Change the minutes as needed.
- Select Save to apply the change and to return to the Schedule.
Alternatively, you can edit time within the appointment details. Click the appointment block and select Edit Edit More.
