A Prepaid Service credit can only be redeemed towards the specific service and duration listed on the credit. If a client wishes to redeem their prepaid service credit for a different service, the service credit will need to be converted into Store Credit before it can be applied to a different service or duration.
To convert a Service credit to Store Credit:
- Remove the service credit from the client's account: Removing a Prepaid Service Credit.
- Apply the total of the original payment (tip included) as Store Credit to the client's account: Adding Store Credit
This store credit can then be used as a payment method by the client during online booking, or can be applied towards an appointment during appointment checkout: Applying Store Credit during Checkout.
Note: The client's original prepayment receipt will no longer be linked to the appointment and will not list the appointment time and date.
