You can quickly view a client's Series credit usage history, and the number of credits remaining in a client's Series via the client's record or in the Pre-Sold Series Reports. To view the appointments each Series credit has been assigned to, as well as make changes to the number of credits remaining, select the Edit tool next to the Series.
To review credit usage from the Client's record:
- Navigate to your Business tab.
- Select Clients.
- Locate the client in your Client List.
- Select Credits.
- Under Pre-Sold Series, select Edit below the # Remaining.
To review credit usage from the Pre-Sold Series Report:
- Navigate to your Business tab.
- Select Sales.
- Select Reports.
- Select Pre-Sold Series.
- Select Edit below the # Remaining.
Credits already applied to an appointment will display the appointment time and date, provider, and appointment status:
