Prepaid services can be added to a client's record after their prepaid appointment is cancelled, or after selling them a service via the Cash Register. If you should need to remove a credit for a Prepaid Service from a client's record, you can do so using the following steps:
- Navigate to your Clients tab.
- Use the Search Clients box at the top of list to find the desired client.
- Click on the client's name to open their client record.
- Select the Credits tab.
- Under Pre-Sold Individual Services, select Remove on the right hand side of the screen next to the Prepaid Service you want to remove.
Note: Deleting a prepaid service credit does not automatically issue a refund. If you are deleting a client's service credit and need to refund their purchase, the refund will need to be issued separately.
