Store Credit can be redeemed towards the purchase of any service at your business. Store Credit can only be added to a client's account:
- Manually by the business.
- By redeeming a Gift Certificate that is worth more than the value of the payment.
- Via a Store Credit Refund issued by the business.
You can review a list of all clients with available Store Credit using the Store Credit report. To open this report:
- Navigate to your Business profile.
- Select the Sales tab.
- Select the Store Credits report.
Notes:
- Store Credit cannot be used towards the purchase of a Gift Certificate.
- Store Credit does not count as income when redeemed towards a payment.
