How do I view unused Store Credit?

Store Credit can be redeemed towards the purchase of any service at your business. Store Credit can only be added to a client's account:

1. Manually by the business.
2. By redeeming a Gift Certificate that is worth more than the value of the payment.
3. Via a Store Credit Refund issued by the business.

You can review a list of all clients with available Store Credit using the Store Credit report. To open this report:

1. Navigate to your Business profile.
2. Select the Sales tab.
3. Select the Store Credits report.

Notes:

• Store Credit cannot be used towards the purchase of a Gift Certificate.
• Store Credit does not count as income when redeemed towards a payment.
