- Navigate to your Business profile.
- Select Settings.
- Select Taxes.
- Check the Enable Taxes box.
- Enter the Name and Percentage of your Tax.
- Choose whether you want it to apply to Services and/or Products.
- Select Save.
Notes:
- "Add tax to Service Price" will add the entered tax percentage to the price listed in your Service Menu. For example, if the listed price of your Service is $100 and your Tax is set to 5%, the client will pay a total of $105 (Service Price + 5% Tax).
- "Include tax in Service Price" will allow for the client to pay what you have listed for the Service in your Service Menu. For example, if the listed price of your Service is $100 and your Tax is 5%, they'll pay $100, but it will be $95 for the Service and $5 in Tax.
- "Add tax to Product Price" will add the entered tax percentage to the price entered while selling a Product in the Cash Register. For example, if the Product is priced is $100 and your Tax is set to 5%, the client will pay a total of $105 (Service Price + 5% Tax).
