Yes, as of Oct. 23rd, 2024 you can customize your cancellation policy. You can adjust settings by following these steps:
- Select Settings
- Selecting Online Booking Rules
- Select Cancellation Policy
Note: to adjust your cancellation policy, you will need to be subscribed to the Amplify plan and be connected with MassageBook Pay.
If you are not connected to MassageBook Pay, the default MassageBook Cancelation Policy prevents Clients from canceling or rescheduling an appointment from within their account if it's less than 24 hours before the existing appointment.
If prepayment is required to book online, the Client's full payment will have already been collected in the event that the appointment is missed or if the Client attempts to cancel directly with the Business within 24 hours. A full or partial refund can be issued within the Sales section of your account.
