If clients cannot view all of your availability, or are booking outside of your available times, there can be a few reasons why the Availability entered into your account is not correctly reflected on your MassageBook Website during online booking:
- You have entered your Availability under the Business Hours section of the Business Details page instead of the Staff Scheduler.
- Ensure availability is correctly reflected in the Staff Scheduler: Editing Recurring Availability Per Staff.
- You have additional Availability entered under Modified Availability.
- Review Modified Availability: Removing One-Off Availability Per Staff.
- The Online Schedule Appearance settings in the business are affecting the times shown as available online.
- This can be adjusted under Settings > Online Booking Rules > Schedule Appearance.
- The How far in advance must appointments be booked? setting is restricting how soon clients can book.
- Review this setting under Settings > Online Booking Rules > Appointment Rules.

Daily Work Limits are limiting online availability.
- Review your daily work limits: Setting Daily Work Limits.
If there is no open availability displaying during online booking, you will need to ensure that:
- You have at least 1 Room available: Adding and Editing Rooms.
- The Service and Provider are assigned to a Room: Adding and Editing Rooms.
- The Service and Provider are both Active and Online: Deactivating/Activating Staff.
- You have availability in the Staff Scheduler: Editing Recurring Availability Per Staff.
- At least 1 provider is assigned to the service: Assigning Services
- Your schedule is not blocked off: Deleting Blocked Time Per Staff.
