If you are checking out appointments, and you no longer see the "Use Square Point of Sale" button after selecting the Charge payment method, then you are likely viewing the desktop version of the MassageBook website instead of the mobile version. You can follow these steps on your phone or tablet to see the Square option again during check out:
For iOS Devices
Safari:
- Tap the Settings app (gear icon) on your iPhone or iPad
- Tap Safari in the list of apps
- Scroll down to the Settings for Websites section
- Tap "Request Desktop Website"
- Turn the "All Websites" toggle off
Chrome:
- Open Chrome
- Go to MassageBook.com
- Click Settings (3 dot icon. Can be found in the bottom right on iPhone and top right on iPad)
- Scroll down
- Select "Request Mobile Website"
For Android Devices
- Open Chrome on your phone/tablet
- Go to MassageBook.com
- Tap the Menu icon in the upper right of the page, which will look like three vertical dots
- Ensure the option to Request Desktop Website is unchecked
