If you are having trouble redeeming a Gift Certificate code during checkout, you will need to ensure that the code that is entered during checkout matches the code on the Gift Certificate EXACTLY, including capitalization and any special characters (i.e. the hyphen "-").
If the Gift Certificate was purchased from your business directly, first review the status of the Gift Certificate using the Gift Certificate Activity page: Checking the Status of a Gift Certificate.
If the certificate has already been redeemed, but should still have available funds, you can find the remaining Gift Certificate funds listed as Store Credit in the Credits tab of the redeemer's account.
If the certificate has not yet been redeemed, and the code entered during checkout matches the code on the certificate exactly, share the Gift Certificate code and corresponding appointment time/date with MassageBook Support at support@massagebook.com.
If the Gift Certificate code begins with the letters "MB", it is a Gift Card purchased directly from MassageBook. These MassageBook Gift Cards can only be redeemed by businesses that opt into accepting MassageBook Gift Cards.
