The status of any previously sold gift certificate can be viewed in the Gift Certificates Report. If a gift certificate code has already been redeemed, the name of the redeeming client and date of redemption will be listed next to the code. To access this report, navigate to:
- Business Profile.
- Select Sales.
- Select the Gift Certificates Report.
The following information is listed in the report:
- Date the Gift Certificate was purchased.
- Purchaser of the Gift Certificate.
- Dollar amount of the Gift Certificate.
- Code for the Gift Certificate. If redeemed, the status will update to display when it was redeemed and by whom.
- Select Redeemed By to view the original sales receipt for the Gift Certificate.
- Actions to print, resend, regenerate, or expire.
Entries are listed in alphabetical order by last name of the purchaser. Select the All Contacts dropdown menu to locate and select a specific purchasing Client.
You can also use the Gift Certificates Activity page under the Marketing tab for a quick yes/no on redemption status.
