Once a Gift Certificate sale is complete, a gift code is generated that can be redeemed by the recipient at the end of online booking.
Refer to the Gift Certificate you received to access the gift code and the Business's online booking site.
To book an appointment and to prepay with a Gift Certificate:
- Select Book Now to view available Services.
- Choose the Service you want to book and Select it.
- Select an available Staff.
- Select an available Date.
- Select an available Time.
- Select Next to proceed.
- Enter your Email Address.
- Select Continue to proceed.
- If you have an existing account, enter your Password. If you don't, enter your Contact Information to create one.
- Select Continue to proceed.
- If activated by the Business, check any Add-ons you'd like to include with the Service and select Next. To bypass, select Skip instead.
- If it's your first time booking under this account with the Business, check either Yes, I'm a first time customer or Nope, I've been here before.
- Enter Notes to provider (optional).
- Select Next to proceed.
- Check I agree with the cancellation policy.
- Select Next to proceed.
- Under Payment Options, select Gift Certificate.
- Enter the Gift Certificate Code.
- Enter the Amount to Apply.
- Select Continue to complete booking a new appointment with the Gift Certificate.
Note:
- If the amount applied in step 20 is less than the cost of the Service, select Prepay Now after step 21 to pay the difference with a credit card. If you select Pay in Person instead, the gift code will need to be applied after the appointment. A Gift Certificate cannot be redeemed online unless the total due is recorded at that time.
- If the Gift Certificate that is redeemed is valued at more than the cost of the Service, the remaining balance is converted to Store Credit. The gift code will no longer be active, and the Store Credit can be applied towards future payments with the Business. Store Credit can be applied by either the Business at check-out or by the client during online booking.
- If activated by the Business, an Appointment Confirmation, Intake Form, and receipt maybe sent to your account's email address.
