If your MassageBook subscription is cancelled, all active memberships are cancelled as well. If you restart your subscription and wish to re-enroll your previous members back into their memberships you will need to first identify all of your past members, then reconnect the card saved on file in Square to their membership.
To find all clients that were enrolled into a membership at the time your subscription was cancelled:
- Select Settings.
- Select Outgoing Messages.
- Adjust the date of your Outgoing Messages history to the date your subscription ended.
- View the Membership Cancellation emails sent to your existing members to get a list of clients with active memberships at the time the subscription was cancelled.
Once you have identified the clients that need to be re-enrolled, you will need to start the enrollment process and reconnect their membership payment method again. Here's how to do that:
- Navigate to the client's record.
- Select the Memberships tab.
- Select Purchase Membership.
- Select the desired membership.
- Select Link the client's Square record.
- Use the search bar to find the client's Square record.
- Select the circle next to their name and click Next.
- Select Refresh Cards on file from Square.
- Select the circle next to the card you'd like to use and click Save.
After adding the card back on file for the membership, the last step will be to select Edit next to the "Start Date" of the membership and change it to match the date of the client's next renewal payment. This will ensure that the client's membership payment schedule is not interrupted on their end and will allow them to continue their membership as normal.
