If a client is actively enrolled in a membership, or has previously been enrolled in a membership, you an view the client's renewal and redemption activity from within their client record. To do so:
- Select the Clients tab.
- Search for and select the membership client's record.
- Select the Credits tab within their record.
- Select View Activity at the top right of their membership credits:
This page will display:
- The date of each renewal and the number of credits applied.
- The date of each membership credit redemption.
Here's an example:
Note: The redemption date will match the date that the appointment was checked out. So, if the appointment is checked out on the schedule BEFORE or AFTER the appointment date, this page will reflect the date of checkout.
