Campaigns allow you to easily create your own beautiful emails that can be sent to all or specific groups of Clients.
If you wish to create an email that is completely custom (i.e. not using a pre-made template offered by MassageBook) you can do so using the Blank Slate template. This template offers you a blank text box that allows you to add custom text custom images, and custom buttons to your email. To create and customize a Blank Slate email:
- Select Marketing.
- Select Campaigns.
- Select + New Campaign.
- Scroll to the bottom of the templates list and select the Blank Slate option.
- Click Select to choose the Blank Slate template.
- Select your recipients.
- If necessary, you can use filters to target specific clients with the email: Filtering Your Clients to Send Targeted Email Campaigns.
- Select Save & Next.
- Enter your Email Subject in the designated field.
- Select the text box within the email to open the Edit Content window.
- Customize the text within the Edit Content window.
- Upload any images you wish to add to the email: Uploading an Image to a Campaign.
- Add any call to action buttons you wish to include in the email: Adding a Call-to-Action Button to a Campaign.
- Review your email and select Save & Next.
- Select to send your email immediately or schedule it to send in the future.
- Select the "I have reviewed the content and have verified it is accurate" checkbox.
- Select Finish.
You also have the option for building a custom email using the "Build Your Own" templates, but these templates are more structured and do not offer the same level of customization available in the Blank Slate template.
