All clients will have the ability to unsubscribe from receiving future emails from your business by selecting the "Unsubscribe" button located at the bottom of the Campaign Email. While there is not a list of clients who have unsubscribed from your Email Campaigns located within your account, there is an option that will allow you to get a list of those clients that have previously unsubscribed.
To view a list of "Unsubscribed" clients:
- Select the Marketing tab.
- Select Campaigns.
- Select Replicate next to a Campaign that was sent to all clients.

- You will want to Export this list to a spreadsheet file.
- Export your full client list from the Clients tab: Exporting Clients to a Spreadsheet.
- Import both files into a Google Sheet or Excel file and remove duplicates: How to Highlight Duplicates in Google Sheets.
Once duplicates have been removed, you will be left with a list of the clients that have unsubscribed from your Email Campaigns.
