When creating a Promotion, a Service or Gift Certificate must be both Active and Online in order for it to be available for selection on the Add Deals step.
To ensure a Service is Active and Online, navigate to your:
- Business Profile.
- Select Setup.
- Select Service Menu.
- Select In Office Services or Traveling Services depending the type.
- Locate the Service.
- Check Active and Online.
To ensure a Service Certificate is Active and Online, navigate to your:
- Business Profile.
- Select Marketing.
- Select Gift Certificates.
- Select Service Certificates.
- Select In Office Services or Traveling Services depending on the type.
- Select a Service Category (Bodywork, Reflexology, etc.)
- Locate the Service Certificate.
- Check Gift Certificate Available.
Note: The Service for a Service Certificate must be Active and Online as well.
To ensure a Custom Certificate is Active and Online, navigate to your:
- Business Profile.
- Select Marketing.
- Select Gift Certificates.
- Select Custom Certificates.
- Locate the Custom Certificate.
- Check Active and Online.
