Booking an Appointment Using a Series or Prepaid Service Credit

If a client has an available Series or Prepaid Service Credit, you can assign it to a new appointment during the booking process.

To do so, navigate to your:

1. Business Profile. 
2. Select Schedule. 
3. Locate the date and time you want to book.   
4. Select the calendar to create a new event. 
5. Select Book Appointment to begin filling in the appointment details. 
6. Type in Search existing clients to locate and select an existing client. If the client doesn't already have a record, choose +Add New instead, fill in their contact information, and select Add Client to create one. 
7. Adjust the Date & Time if needed. 
8. Choose the Service Provider from the Select staff dropdown. If you're the only Service Provider, you will be selected by default. 
9. Choose the Select service dropdown. 
10. Scroll to the top of the dropdown menu to locate any available credits. The credits will show in red.
11. Select the credit to use. 
12. Select Save to apply the change and to return to the Schedule.

When you check out the appointment, it will show that there is $0 due.
