The Outgoing Messages History will allow you to view a log of the email alerts that are sent to the clients and to the staff members of the business. By selecting the alert from the list you are able to view the client that the alert was sent to, the exact time/date that the email was sent, and the subject for the email alert. To view your Outgoing Messages History:
- Select Settings.
- Select Outgoing Messages.
- Adjust the date to your desired date.
The alerts sent to clients that are included in this log are:
- Appointment Confirmation
- Appointment Reminder
- Cancellation Confirmation
- Appointment Modification
- No-Show/Missed Appointment
- Intake Form Request
- Review Request
- Receipts
The alerts sent to staff that are included in this log are:
- New Appointment Notification
- Appointment Modification
- Appointment Cancellation
- New Review alerts (sent to Business Owner Only)
- New Gift Certificate Purchase alert (sent to Business Owner Only)
Note:
- The log will only allow you to view alerts in the last 2 months.
- The date cannot be typed into the date field, you must either navigate to your desired date using the arrows on each side of the field, or by selecting the Calendar icon and selecting the desired date from the calendar that appears.
