Yes, a Client can respond to both Campaign and Autopilot emails from your Business.
Each message includes a built-in reply-to address, and if a Client responds, the follow up is sent to that email address.
To view and update your reply-to address, navigate to your:
- Business Profile.
- Select Setup.
- Select Business Details.
- Locate the Contact Information section.
- View the Email Address.
- Select Save to apply any changes.
Note: Only the original email is recorded in MassageBook. Any responses and follow ups to these emails is between your email provider and your client's and is not tracked in or by MassageBook.
