To convert Blocked Time to an appointment so that you can assign appointment details instead, navigate to your:
- Business Profile.
- Select Schedule.
- Locate the event you want to convert.
- Select the event block to open the side menu.
- Select Details.
- Select Office Appointment or Outcall Appointment depending on the appointment type.
- Fill in the required details.
- Select Save to convert the event to an appointment and to return to the Schedule.
