If you need to view the upcoming appointment(s) for a specific client in order to make an edit, confirm an appointment, etc., you can do so quickly from your Business' Schedule or via the Booking Activity tab in the client's record. To view upcoming appointments for all clients, use the Future Appointments report found in your business' Sales section.
- Navigate to your Business tab.
- Select Sales.
- Select the Future Appointments report on the left side of the page.
- Enter the date range for the period that you want to report on.
- To view appointments for a specific staff member only, use the Filter tool and choose the staff member's name from the drop-down.
- Use the Print option to the far right to print the report, or select Export to download a CSV spreadsheet of the data and sort the data how you would like.
