Business Listing
Business Listing is a Business's page that appears in the MassageBook Search Directory.
Visitors to the Search Directory can view local Businesses in their area, and your Business Listing acts as the official greeter to those people. Through your Business Listing, Clients can:
- Discover more about your Business and its mission.
- Peruse through Services your offer and book them online.
- View detailed biographies about each Service Provider.
- Read rave Reviews from actual, verified Clients.
- Purchase Gift Certificates.
- Contact you directly for more information.
Complete all sections in Setup to generate your Business Listing, and it will automatically be added to the Search Directory. If you do not want to be listed in the Search Directory at that time, simply toggle it off.
Business Profile
Business Profile is the area of your account that houses all sections specific to a Business.
Select the Business Name in the top blue menu of your account to access the Business Profile. If you're connected to multiple Businesses, each one has a Profile to toggle between in the menu.
In a Business Profile, you'll find:
- Dashboard
- Setup
- Schedule
- Clients
- Reviews
- Marketing
- Sales
- Settings
MassageBook Business Website
MassageBook Business Website is a Business's fully featured webpage that is generated through MassageBook.
The layout, content, and customization is the exact same as the Business Listing, but it has its own unique website address that's designed to be shared with both new and existing Clients of the Business.
It also acts as the Business's online booking portal that can be integrated into to an existing website and added to a Facebook business page.

Personal Listing
Personal Listing is a Service Provider's individual page that can be shared directly, or display in the Staff section of a Business Listing.
Visitors to your Personal Listing can:
- Discover more about you as Service Provider, including why you became one and the Services you offer.
- Book online at any places you work (if enabled per Business).
- View your professional credentials, including your state license, education, and experience.
- Read rave Reviews from actual, verified Clients.
Complete all sections in Listing to generate your Personal Listing and begin sharing it today!
Personal Profile
Personal Profile is the area of your account that houses all sections specific to you as a Service Provider.
Select Personal in the top blue menu of your account to access your Personal Profile.
In your Personal Profile, you'll find:
- Dashboard
- Listing
- My Schedule
- SOAP Notes
- Reviews
- Community
- Availability
MassageBook Personal Website
MassageBook Personal Website is a Service Provider's individual webpage that is generated through MassageBook.
The layout and content is the exact same as the Personal Listing, but it has its own unique website address that's designed to be shared with both new and existing Clients of the Service Provider.
