If you need to adjust the number of credits remaining in a client's Series (you may refer to them as Packages), you can do so directly from their client record.
- Navigate to your Clients and open up the record for the client.
- Select the Credits tab.
- Under Pre-Sold Series, select Edit next to the Series and adjust the remaining Series balance. Include a Reason for adjustment, if desired.
- Note: This reason is not currently stored in the application.
- Select Save.
Series Credits can also be edited from the Pre-Sold Series report. This report will list all clients with available Series credits. To edit credits from the Pre-Sold Series report:
- Select the Sales tab.
- Select the Pre-Sold Series report.
- Locate the client whose credits you wish to edit.
- Select Edit next to the available credits and adjust the remaining Series balance. Include a Reason for adjustment, if desired.
- Note: This reason is not currently stored in the application.
- Select Save.
Note: If a Series credit has already been applied to a client's future appointment, the appointment will need to be cancelled, or the service on the appointment will need to be edited to a non-prepaid service before the credit can be deleted from the client's account.
