Booking a Couples Service Online as Client

The online booking process is the same for all Businesses across MassageBook, and each Business has it's own MassageBook Business Website where you can book with them. Once you've selected the Business to book with and are viewing their Business Website, you can book a Couples Service by:

  1. Select Book Now to view available services.
  2. Choose the Couples Category and select a duration for a Couples service.
  3. Select from any available add-ons (if applicable).
  4. Enter your email address and select Next.
    1. If you have an existing account, you will be asked to enter your password and select Sign In.
    2. If you do not have an existing account, you will be asked to provide First and Last name, Email, Phone number, and a password for your account, and then select Create Account.
  5. Choose your desired time and date next to an available staff member, or select "Any provider".
    • Select More Times to see more availability.
  6. Select a 2nd therapist with open availability during your selected time slot (this option only appears if you select a specific staff member in step 5).
  7. Add the information for the 2nd client on the appointment (not required).
  8. Review your reservation and add a note for your therapist (if applicable), then select Next.
  9. Review and Accept the Business's Cancellation Policy.
  10. Select your preferred Payment Option to complete booking a new appointment and to advance to the Booking Complete page: 
    1. If you want to pay after the appointment, select Skip this (this will immediately confirm the appointment).
    2. If you want to pay with a Credit/Debit Card, select Credit Card or a Saved Card.
    3. If you're paying with a Gift Certificate, select Gift Certificate 
    4. If you're paying with a MassageBook Gift Card, select MassageBook Gift Card.
  11. Select your Tip amount (if prepaying).
  12. If prepaying with a Credit/Debit card, enter the card information and select Pay & Confirm Appointment.
    1. Select Remember this card for faster checkouts if you wish to save the card for future online bookings.
    2. Select Save this card for future in office purchases if you wish to save the card on file for the business to use for appointment checkout in the future.
  13. If prepaying with a Gift Certificate or MassageBook Gift Card, enter the Code and select Apply Gift Card.
  14. Review the Appointment Confirmed page and select to add your appointment to the appropriate calendar app.

Notes:

  • Clients booking online will see Couples services within the category set within your service menu. But they will also see a specific "Couples" category to select.
  • Guest information is optional during online booking. If the client enters all information then it will be added to your client records. If they do not enter any information then the client who books the appointment will appear on each appointment block.
    • This is to allow the easiest and fastest online booking experience and to prevent clients from backing out of the process.
