You can reschedule from within your Client account as long as it's outside of 24 hours before the upcoming appointment.
To reschedule an appointment:
- Sign in to your account.
- Locate the appointment under Upcoming Appointments.
- Select Reschedule to go to Booking Details.
- Select Other Options to view additional times the therapist has available.
- Select your Desired Time.
- Review your reservation and add a note for your therapist (if applicable), then select Next.
- Review and Accept the Business's Cancellation Policy. (if prepaid, the new appointment will be confirmed after this step).
- Select your preferred Payment Option to complete booking a new appointment and to advance to the Booking Complete page:
- If you want to pay after the appointment, select Skip this (this will immediately confirm the appointment).
- If you want to pay with a Credit/Debit Card, select Credit Card or a Saved Card.
- If you're paying with a Gift Certificate, select Gift Certificate
- If you're paying with a MassageBook Gift Card, select MassageBook Gift Card.
- Select your Tip amount (if prepaying).
- If prepaying with a Credit/Debit card, enter the card information and select Pay & Confirm Appointment.
- Select Remember this card for faster checkouts if you wish to save the card for future online bookings.
- Select Save this card for future in office purchases if you wish to save the card on file for the business to use for appointment checkout in the future.
- If prepaying with a Gift Certificate or MassageBook Gift Card, enter the Code and select Apply Gift Card.
- Review the Appointment Confirmed page and select to add your appointment to the appropriate calendar app.
If activated by the Business, an Appointment Modification notice maybe sent to your account's email address.
Note:
- If you prepaid for the original appointment, the payment will carry over to the rescheduled one.
- When rescheduling you cannot select a different Service. If you need to book another Service, cancel the existing appointment and book a new one.
- If you attempt to reschedule inside of the business's cancellation policy, you will be prompted to contact the Business directly in order to make any changes.
- If you have more than 10 upcoming appointments booked, only the first 10 show in Upcoming Appointments.
- If you're a Service Provider on MassageBook, you can book online as a Client using your professional account.
