Once a client has been added to the Waitlist, a Cancellation Waitlist email can be manually sent to the client at any time. This email will link the client directly to the next available opening for their selected service/duration and staff member.
To send a Waitlist email to a client:
- Select ☰ to open the menu.
- Select All Clients.
- Select the Waitlist tile next to the desired client.
- Select the Send icon.
If the client books via the Waitlist email they received, they will be removed from the Waitlist. If they do not choose to book via the Waitlist email, the client will remain on the Waitlist.
