Each client's appointment activity can be found in the Activity tab of their client record. This activity will include all past appointments, future appointments, and cancelled appointments. You can view a client's appointment activity by:
- Select the Clients tab.
- Search for and Select the desired client's name to view their client record.
- Select the Activity tab within the client record.
The Appointment Activity will include the following information:
- Date and Time of the appointment.
- When the appointment was Last Updated and by who (staff or client).
- A Description of the Services and Provider included on the appointment.
- The Payment Date, reflecting when the appointment was checked out on the schedule.
- The Payment Type, reflecting the type of payment used to take payment for the appointment.
- The Product Type on the appointment (indicating if the appointment is booked with a Service, new Series, or Prepaid credit).
