The Credits section of a Client's record stores all outstanding Series, Services, Gift Certificates, and Store Credit that a Client has with your Business.
To view what's available, navigate to your:
- Business Profile.
- Select Clients to open your list.
- Search for and select the Client to open their record.
- Select the Credits tab.
Membership Credits: A history of all Membership Credits that have not yet expired, and the services included in those credits will display under the Memberships category. If you need to adjust the total, select Edit next to what's remaining to increase/decrease the amount.
Gift Certificates: A history of all Gift Certificates purchased by the Client displays here. Once a certificate has been redeemed, the name of the Client who used it and when they did will appear.
Pre-Sold Series: The number of outstanding sessions in an active Series displays here. The amount remaining deducts by one each time a session is booked on the Schedule even if the appointment hasn't occurred yet. If you need to adjust the total, select Edit next to what's remaining to decrease the amount. Selecting Edit will also display the appointment to which each Series credit has been applied.
Store Credits: The amount of Store Credit a Client has available displays here.

Pre-Sold Individual Services: Services that have been paid for but not booked display here. If you need to adjust what's available, select Remove next to the Service to delete it for future use.
