By default, Room 1 is added to Setup. You can add additional Rooms if your office has more than one.
To edit a room or add another, navigate to your:
- Select the menu in the top left corner of the app.
- Select Rooms.
- To edit a room, select the Room Name.
- Enter a Room name of your choice.
- Adjust the Capacity.
- Select the Staff that can be booked in this room.
- Select the Services that can be booked in this room.
- Select Save to return to Rooms.
- To add another room, select the blue "+" button at the bottom right of the screen to open the Add/Edit Room window.
- Repeat steps 5 - 9 as needed.
Note: Capacity allows a room to contain more than one appointment. For example, having 1 room with a capacity of 2, is the same as having 2 rooms with the capacity of 1. Availability rules per staff will still be in effect to prevent double booking.
