When you create and send a Campaign, you can choose to send it immediately or schedule it to send on a selected date.
To schedule when a Campaign sends, navigate to your:
- Business Profile.
- Select Marketing to open Campaigns.
- Select +New Campaign.
- Complete the Select Template step.
- Select Save & Next to proceed.
- Complete the Recipients step.
- Select Save & Next to proceed.
- Complete the Design step.
- Select Save & Next to proceed.
- Select Schedule a Send Date and Time.
- You can choose to Optimize Send Time when scheduling an email. This is based on your own client's booking patterns. Specifically, it looks at the most popular day of the week and the most popular time of day that clients book appointments, then will schedule the campaign to send one hour before that peak time block.
- Use the date picker to select a Date
- Select a time for the campaign to send.
- Note: the campaign will send on the date and time selected in the time zone of your business.
- Check I have reviewed the content and have verified it is accurate.
- Select Finish.
Afterwards, you'll be returned to the main page of the Campaigns section. Your new Campaign will appear under the Scheduled tab and include the scheduled date. The Campaign will move to the Sent tab once it sends.
Note: If you schedule a Campaign to send to all Clients, any new Clients who are added to your Business Profile before the send date will be added to the recipients list.
