You can add an alternate number to the Details section of a Client's record, and you can add emergency contact information to their Intake Form.
To add an alternate number, navigate to your:
- Business Profile.
- Select Clients to open your list.
- Search for and select the Client to open their record.
- Under the Details tab, select +Add Another next to Phone Number.
- Enter an Alternate Phone.
- Select Save to add the other number and to return to your list.
Note: Select +Add Another to view the alternate number in Details.
To add emergency contact information to a Client's Intake Form, navigate to your:
- Business Profile.
- Select Clients to open your list.
- Search for and select the Client to open their record.
- Select Intake Form at the top of their record to expand the menu.
- Select View to open their Intake Form.
- On the Personal Information page, enter Emergency Contact Information.
- Select Save on the Waiver page to add the information and to return to the Client's record.
