You can change your Professional Account's password from within your account at anytime.
To enter a new password:
- Sign in to your account.
- Select Your Name in the top right corner to open the dropdown menu.
- Select My Details to open Name and Account Type.
- Enter your new password into Choose Password.
- Enter it again into Re-enter Password.
- Select Save to complete the change and to update your account's password.

Password Requirements:
- Passwords must be a minimum of 12 characters.
- According to PCI DSS 4.0 password requirements, after a maximum of 10 unsuccessful login attempts, users will be locked out for at least 30 minutes or until they verify their identity with the MassageBook Customer Support team (support@massagebook.com).
- Individuals are not allowed to submit a new password/passphrase that is the same as any of the last 4 passwords used.
