Once a membership has been created, you are still able to edit the name, description, price of the membership, the services included in the membership, and how long unused credits will rollover before expiring.
To make changes to an existing Membership, navigate to your:
- Business Profile.
- Select Setup.
- Select Service Menu.
- Select Memberships.
- Select Active, Inactive, or Archived depending on what type of membership you're editing.
- Select the Membership Display Name or the Pencil Icon to open Membership Details.
- Edit the desired Membership Details.
- Select Save to apply the changes and to return to the Service Menu.
Note:
- Edits made to a membership will not reflect on the account of any active member until the member's next renewal date.
- The setting labeled Automatically renew membership every month cannot be edited after a membership is initially setup. If you need to change this setting you will need to recreate the Membership with the updated setting.
- Editing the price of a membership will not change the price of the services offered in the membership. If you wish to edit your service menu prices, you will need to edit the service directly.
