To make changes to a saved Membership, navigate to your:
- Business Profile.
- Select Setup.
- Select Service Menu.
- Select Memberships.
- Select Active, Inactive, or Archived depending on what type you're editing.
- Select the Membership Display Name or the Pencil Icon
to open Membership Details.
- Edit Membership Details.
- Select Save to apply the changes and to return to the Service Menu.
Note:
- The setting labeled Automatically renew membership every month cannot be edited after a membership is initially setup. If you need to change this setting you will need to recreate the Membership with the updated setting.
- Edits made to a membership will not reflect on the account of any active member until the member's next renewal date.
