Review Requests are triggered by Technique Type and the date of checkout. Once a Review Request has been filled out for a particular Technique Type, the client will not receive a follow up request for that same Technique until one year after they have submitted their review. This prevents clients from receiving multiple review requests each time they come in for an appointment, but it also allows the business to be reviewed fairly, as the client may come in for a different type of Service.
If a client does not leave a review for their appointment, they will continue to receive a request to review that technique type after future appointments until they have successfully submitted a review for a service within that technique type. If you wish to disable the review request email for a specific client, you can do so by updating their message settings: Deactivating Message Settings per Client.
