To delete a Room, navigate to your:
- Business Profile.
- Select Setup.
- Select Rooms.
- Locate the Room you want to delete.
- Select the Trash Can Icon to open the Confirm Delete window.
- Select Delete to complete the task and return to Rooms.
Note:
- At least one Room is required. If only one exists, you will not see the option to delete.
- Appointment(s) will not be automatically reassigned to another Room if you delete the Room the Appointment(s) were booked in. You will need to reassign the Room to the Appointment(s) manually. To learn how to edit an Appointment, please click here.
- When a Room is deleted, any appointments that were assigned to that room go into a state where they are not assigned to any room. These appointments will need to be edited and assigned to an existing room.
