Booking Through Reserve with Google as a Client

Use Google Search, Google Maps, or the Reserve with Google website to locate a Business that offers online booking through Reserve with Google (RwG). 

Once you've chosen a Business to book with and are viewing their Business Profile on Google:

  1. Select Book Online to open the business's Scheduler. 
  2. Locate the Service and Duration you want to receive and click Book Now.
  3. Enter your email address and select Next.
    • If you have an existing account, you will be asked to enter your password and select Sign In.
    • If you do not have an existing account, you will be asked to provide First and Last name, Email, Phone number, and a password for your account, and then select Create Account.
  4. Choose your desired time and date next to an available staff member, or select More Times to see more availability for a particular staff member.
    • If selecting More Times, click Select Date to view other dates that the staff member is available to be booked.
  5. Review your reservation and add a note for your therapist (if applicable), then select Next.
  6. Review and Accept the Business's Cancellation Policy.
  7. Select your preferred Payment Option to complete booking a new appointment and to advance to the Booking Complete page: 
    • If you want to pay after the appointment, select Skip this (this will immediately confirm the appointment).
    • If you want to pay with a Credit/Debit Card, select Credit Card or a Saved Card.
    • If you're paying with a Gift Certificate, select Gift Certificate 
    • If you're paying with a MassageBook Gift Card, select MassageBook Gift Card.
  8. Select your Tip amount (if prepaying).
  9. If prepaying with a Credit/Debit card, enter the card information and select Pay & Confirm Appointment.
    • Select Remember this card for faster checkouts if you wish to save the card for future online bookings.
    • Select Save this card for future in office purchases if you wish to save the card on file for the business to use for appointment checkout in the future.
  10. If prepaying with a Gift Certificate or MassageBook Gift Card, enter the Code and select Apply Gift Card.
  11. Review the Appointment Confirmed page and select to add your appointment to the appropriate calendar app.
  12. If activated by the Business, an Appointment Confirmation and Intake Form from MassageBook maybe sent to your account's email address.

Note:

  • Prepayment will be required when booking an appointment through Reserve with Google
